About Founder

Robert S. Ambrozy (“Bob”) is the founder and principal of SBA Financial. As a fully licensed benefit broker and former senior representative for many large PEO firms, he is uniquely qualified to help our clients. Prior to starting SBA, Bob was a senior PEO consultant for 9 years with Oasis Outsourcing, the largest privately held PEO in the country, as well as other major PEOs. He’s learned PEOs from the ground up and knows their intricacies — pricing, sales, taxes, underwriting as well as their pros and cons.

Bob started his career as a registered representative for John Hancock Financial Services, specializing in medical malpractice and group health benefits. He then worked as a senior financial consultant for Summit Financial Resources Inc., acting as a fee-based senior advisor to business owners, executives, franchisors, and physicians. In 1996, he formed Ambrozy & Associates Inc, a Registered Investment Advisory in NJ, where he is still acting President. His practice concentrated on employer group benefit planning and included comprehensive financial planning, investment and insurance planning, executive stock options, long term care and tax planning. 

SBA Financial now concentrates on Group Benefits, Pre-Tax Plans, Long Term Care, Retirement Planning & sourcing the right qualified PEO for each client.

Bob holds a B.S. in Finance from the University Of Maryland.

He resides on the New Jersey shore with his wife and 3 children.
